What is your shipping policy?
We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders - no minimum purchase required. We aim for quick delivery, so you can expect your order to arrive within just 2-4 business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can see exactly when it will arrive.
How do I make a return?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. (Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used flasks).
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Process: To start a return, simply email our support team at support@mymedly.com with your Order ID and a photo of the product. We will guide you through the shipping process.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Does the product come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. We offer Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects such as insulation failure or vacuum seal issues.
Note: Normal wear and tear, dents from drops, or scratches are not covered.
How do I remove stubborn coffee or tea stains?
For a deep clean, mix a teaspoon of baking soda with warm water inside the flask. Let it sit for an hour (or overnight for tough stains), then scrub gently with a bottle brush and rinse thoroughly. This also helps neutralize any lingering odors.
Can I put the flask in the microwave or freezer?
No. Never place the flask in a microwave, as it is made of metal. Do not place it in the freezer, as liquids expand when frozen and can deform the steel or break the vacuum seal. To keep drinks cold, simply add ice cubes to the bottle.
